GTA 3 is set in modern Liberty City, a fictional metropolitan city based on New York. The game follows the story of a criminal named Claude , who was betrayed by his girlfriend in a bank heist and is required to make their way up the ladder of crime in the city before confronting .
GTA 3 Mob bosses need favors, crooked cops need help, the street gangs want to kill you , so to compensate, you have to fly , steal and kill to stay alive , while using your resources to track down the woman who betrayed you and earn your rightful revenge. Additional features include GTA 3 in a cast of hundreds of different characters, more than 50 types of vehicles , three hours of professionally recorded music , and a wide range of deadly weapons on the street.
