Doc Apocalypse playing in scientific Lewis P. Higgins just invent a machine that controls the time. The throw from his underground bunker proves unsuccessful and eventually open a portal that unleashes a torrent of nuclear bombs to rain upon the earth. Higgins the only option is to use a time machine back doubtful eight months in time and warn his previous self on the dangers of his work.
