Battlestations: Pacific is a PC strategy game expands on Battlestations: Midway in several ways, adding new features such as combat more advanced, easily customizable plans and loads of ammunition underwater combat, island invasions which have effects on the battle at hand. New weapons, aircraft and ships were added, such as rockets and fighter Hvar experimental response, including the Kikka and Shinden, along with kamikaze planes, as the Ohka and Kaiten, there are also some more conventional aircraft and additions of ships. Battlestations: Pacific shifts events beyond Midway for U.S. forces as they continue from the war in Okinawa.
