The game takes place in Silentia a fantastic dream world of a young, sad circus clown named Sadwick. The story begins as he wakes up in his traveling circus caravan after experiencing a recurring nightmare in which he sees the world crumble. Many challenges await Sadwick, for the world he knows so well is doomed.
